Financial Interface Package: The Finance Package Interface (FPI) in FleetManager® is designed to enable you to achieve electronic exchange of information between FleetManager® and your finance management system. This capability enables you to import the telecommunications asset information that is stored in FleetManager® to your Finance Management System for reporting. This capability will reduce administrative overhead and rework.
Personal Usage Reporting: For organisations who wish to allocate personal usage to enable individuals to pay for non-business expenses, FleetManager® Personal Usage Reporting enables individuals to efficiently identify all personal usage and pay through either payroll or cashier, turning what was once a complete business problem into an employee benefit. With Personal Usage Reporting you can change the user behaviour by providing selected users with assigned access rights the ability to monitor and track mobile telephone usage across the entire organisation.
Rebiller: FleetManager® Rebiller provides you an option to on-charge other divisions/associated entities in your organisation and/or on-bill your customers the cost of telecommunication services with a customised mark up. Rebiller provides you with a wide range of mark up and pricing options to customise your service provider’s rates and create different rate plans for your external parties to generate additional profit while reducing the administration burden and time.
Custom Reporting: FleetManager® Custom Reporting feature provides you the ability to have custom reports developed to your organisation’s specific requirements. Custom Reporting is already benefiting some of our customers in the finance, administration and management areas.
